What we collect
When you use Weekvault, we store what you enter:
- Your weekly priorities (1-5 items)
- Optional: interference notes
- Optional: capacity hours
- Optional: a check-in email address (only if you opt in)
How we use your data
- To store and retrieve your weekly vault inside ChatGPT
- To send at most one mid-week check-in email (only if you opted in)
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
Retention
- Active vault: up to 7 days
- Closed vault: content is redacted after 7 days
- All data: permanently deleted after 90 days
If you add an email address for check-ins:
- Weekvault sends at most one check-in email per vault.
- Every check-in email includes an unsubscribe link.
- No marketing emails.
Your choices
- You can remove your check-in email at any time via Weekvault.
- You can request deletion of your data by emailing support.
