1. Acceptance
By using Weekvault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Weekvault is a weekly commitment tracker that runs inside ChatGPT. It lets you create one active vault with 1-5 priorities and optionally receive one mid-week check-in email.
3. Accounts and authentication
You connect Weekvault from ChatGPT using OAuth. To use Weekvault, you may sign in using email+password or a supported identity provider (for example, Google).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service
5. Data and privacy
Your use of Weekvault is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the data needed to provide the service.
6. Retention
You may have one active vault at a time. Closed vault content is redacted after 7 days and permanently deleted after 90 days.
7. Availability
We try to keep Weekvault available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
Weekvault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
